Trip Itinerary 

 

Day 01: Tehran

Sightseeing:  Glolestan Palace , Bazaar and Iran National Museum 

Arrival at IKA International airport, we will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.You will have time to rest and relax before our morning tour of Tehran begins. To avoid heavy traffic, taking the subway is the best way to visit Tehran. We take the subway and charter taxis so that we make most of the day and visit as many sites as possible. As a result, we will have a much better chance to get more acquainted with Iranian people. We leave the hotel at 9:30 for a trip to the Iran National Museum which ,here we will get a chance to see a variety of Persian Civilizations and cultures during different ages and become familiar with Iranian history.Then we pay a visit to Golestan Palace. Golestan Palace is a masterpiece of the Qajar era, embodying the successful integration of earlier Persian crafts and architecture with Western influences. The walled Palace, one of the oldest groups of buildings in Teheran, became the seat of government of the Qajar family, which came into power in 1779 and made Teheran the capital of the country. Built around a garden featuring pools as well as planted areas, the Palace’s most characteristic features and rich ornaments date from the 19th century. It became a centre of Qajari arts and architecture of which it is an outstanding example and has remained a source of inspiration for Iranian artists and architects to this day. It represents a new style incorporating traditional Persian arts and crafts and elements of 18th century architecture and technology. Afterward we will visit Tehran's Bazaar and enjoy the city. Day 02 : Shiraz

Sightseeing : Hafez Tomb and Eram Garden

We will fly to Shiraz in the morning and after hotel check in and rest in the evening we will visit the most important historical sites of Iran ‘s civilization, back to 7000 years ago. Shiraz has been the seat of government in several eras. The name 'Shiraz' has also been found in cuneiform script in Persepolis. Thus, the city houses many historical sites and hosts large number of tourists annually from around the world. Shiraz is the cradle of Persian Civilization, the home to the great Achaemenid and Sassanid kings , and is well known as the city of Persians and the Persian Race. Shiraz is the most important city of Iran and is famous for different  reasons  such as carpet production , flowers , poems and poetries , Gardens and Civilizations. In the evening we will visit Eram Garden and Hafez Tomb to get familiar with Shiraz city and fantastic atmosphere of this great city. Overnight in Shiraz

Day 03 : Shiraz

Sightseeing : Nasir al Mulk Mosque , Naranjestan Garden and Zand Complex

After breakfast, you will visit Nasir-al-Mulk Mosque (Pink Mosque) and Naranjestan Garden which is few steps far from Vakil Bazaar. It was built in the Qajar era, it took 12 years to complete it in 1888. Its interior reveals a magnificent masterpiece of design with stunning colors. This is a space where light and worship intertwine. The mosque comes to life with the sunrise and the colors dance throughout the day like whirling Dervishes. It reflects on the ground, walls, the arches and the towering spires. It even reflects on the visitors as if a colorful ball is hit by the first sun ray and has exploded into thousands of butterflies all around. Continue your exploration in Shiraz at the beautiful orange-scented Narenjestan Garden, laid out in the 19th century during the Qajar Dynasty. Then, you will visit Karim Khan Citadel which was built during the Zand Dynasty. You’ll have time to explore Vakil Bazaar, home to hundreds of stores, beautiful courtyards, and even an ancient caravanserai. Overnight in Shiraz

Day 04 : Shiraz to Yazd

Sightseeing : Persepolis , Necropolis (Naghsh e Rostam ) and Pasargadae

Visiting Quran Gate and then driving towards Persepolis, visiting magnificent UNESCO world heritage, Achaemenids Palaces and engraves, Naghsh-e- Rostam to become familiar with Persian Empire, and Persian Civilization and History. Persepolis founded by Darius I in 518 B.C., Persepolis was the capital of the Achaemenid Empire. It was built on an immense half-artificial, half-natural terrace, where the king of kings created an impressive palace complex inspired by Mesopotamian models. The importance and quality of the monumental ruins make it a unique archaeological site. Then you will visit Pasargadae, the first capital of persian empire and tomb of " CYRUS THE GREAT " and " CAMBYSES " the son of cyrus the great and second king of Persia, then we drive to Yazd after visiting the sites. Day 05 : Yazd 

Sightseeing : Zoroastrian Fireplace , Zorkhaneh , Dowlatabad Garden

In Yazd you will visit Zoroastrian fireplace where you will see the sacred fire which has been kept alive for hundreds of years and is now a Zoroastrian pilgrim center. Also Zorkhanah which the traditional sports shown by heroic men then comes the Dowlatabd Gardens built in the 18th century for a former ruler. It would be an opportunity to see the highest wind tower in the city, which keeps the buildings cool. Overnight in Yazd
